What these terms cover
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Poy Enterprises. They apply when you create an account, connect a Minecraft identity, sign in through Discord, or use any account, ledger, payment, loan, or support feature that we make available.
By using the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and can agree to them. If you are using the service for a group or organization, you also confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
If you do not agree, do not register or continue using the portal.
Account registration and access
Your account is created by connecting an authorized Discord identity and proving control of the Minecraft account you enter during registration. The verification payment is an ownership check; it is not a service fee unless the portal explicitly says otherwise.
Information supplied during registration must be accurate and current. One person must not register, control, or use another person’s identity without permission. We may decline, merge, or close duplicate, misleading, or unverified accounts.
You are responsible for the Discord account, devices, and sessions used to access your Poy account. Tell us promptly through the official support channel if you believe an account or transaction is not yours.
The service and the ledger
Poy Enterprises provides an in-game account and record-keeping service. Portal balances represent entries in our internal ledger and the corresponding in-game obligations or holdings. They are not a bank deposit, investment product, payment card, or promise of real-world currency.
Balances, rates, loan terms, availability, and supported actions may change as the underlying game, treasury, or operating rules change. The ledger record and the status shown for a completed transaction are the authoritative record of account activity.
Loan interest and late payment fees
Every loan agreement states the principal, payment schedule, duration, and scheduled interest before the borrower accepts it. New Poy loan agreements limit scheduled interest to 4% per week.
A scheduled payment not received by 11:59 PM Central on its due date is late. Poy automatically applies a non-compounding late fee of 3% of the unpaid scheduled balance for each whole calendar day it remains late. The unpaid scheduled balance excludes previously assessed late fees, so late fees do not compound.
This automatic process applies only to loan agreements accepted on or after July 15, 2026; existing loans are not enrolled retroactively. Late fees are recorded separately from principal and scheduled interest, and may be waived or corrected when the account record shows an error.
Requests and transactions
Requests must contain the correct account, recipient, and amount. We may ask for additional verification before completing a request, and we may delay or reject one that is incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, outside the available balance, or flagged for review.
Transfers are completed only when the portal or an official Poy channel confirms completion. A submitted request is not the same as a completed transaction. If you spot an error, contact support as soon as possible with the relevant amount, date, and recipient details.
Unless an official fee schedule says otherwise, account actions do not create a right to additional assets or real-world compensation. Third-party goods, services, and promises connected to a transfer remain the responsibility of the parties who made them.
Safe use and prohibited conduct
Do not probe, exploit, automate against, interfere with, or attempt to bypass controls in the portal, bot, ledger, or verification process. Do not submit fabricated payment evidence, reuse a verification payment, create duplicate identities, impersonate another account holder, or attempt to obtain funds through an error.
Spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, manipulation of transaction records, and activity that threatens the service or its users are prohibited. If you receive an incorrect balance or benefit from a system error, leave it untouched and report it.
We may preserve records and restrict access while investigating suspected abuse, security incidents, or disputed activity.
Information we use
To operate the service, we may store your Discord identifier, Minecraft name, verification details, account and transaction history, support interactions, security logs, and the technical information needed to protect sessions and prevent abuse.
We use this information to authenticate users, maintain the ledger, process requests, investigate errors, provide support, and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements. We do not sell account information. We may disclose limited information to service providers or authorities when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, or comply with a lawful request.
Some features depend on Discord, Cloudflare, Minecraft, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the information they process.
Suspension and closure
We may pause or close an account when these terms are violated, access appears compromised, activity cannot be verified, a balance is disputed, or continuing access could harm users, the ledger, or the service. We may act before completing an investigation when immediate action is reasonably necessary.
You may ask to close your account through official support. Closure does not erase outstanding obligations, unresolved disputes, or records we are required to retain. Any remaining eligible balance will be reviewed under the applicable account and treasury rules.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular response time, or that every request can be reversed. Outages, maintenance, game-server changes, third-party failures, and events outside our reasonable control may affect access or timing.
To the extent allowed by applicable rules, Poy Enterprises is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you, third-party conduct, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or use of an account contrary to these terms.
Changes and general terms
We may revise these terms when the service, security requirements, or operating rules change. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; if a change is unacceptable, stop using the service and request closure.
If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with any clearly identified account or fee rules, are the complete agreement about the service and replace earlier descriptions of the same subject.
Questions and disputes should first be raised through the official Poy Enterprises support channel so the relevant records can be reviewed in good faith.
